entails two different applications.

building with the owner utilizing multiple formulas
for the leases of the building. Trained staff will
interpret the lease and using their previous
experience find any overcharges that the landlord
may be applying.

multiple landlords. Our staff would review each
lease to determine that all costs have been applied
correctly.
