Real Estate - Lease

This audit entails two different applications.  

1. Those companies that have a leased space in a large building with the owner utilizing multiple formulas for the leases of the building. Trained staff will interpret the lease and using their previous experience find any overcharges that the landlord may be applying.
    

2. Those companies having leases in multiple locations with multiple landlords. Our staff would review each lease to determine that all costs have been applied correctly.
